Company Overview

Your Local Exterior Cleaning Experts

After seeing too many missed appointments, inconsistent work, and poor communication across the service industry, it became clear that most companies weren’t lacking skill. They were lacking structure.

Founded by Joshua Kelley, Eco Blast Pressure Washing was created to bring discipline, reliability, and professionalism to exterior cleaning across Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg, and the Upstate. We have since expanded our commercial footprint into western NC and the greater Charlotte area.

From day one, this was never about “just pressure washing.” It was about building a company people could rely on, whether that’s a homeowner protecting their investment, a property manager overseeing multiple assets, or a facility manager maintaining large-scale properties.

Today, Eco Blast serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients with the same standard on every job:

Systems that ensure consistency
Communication that eliminates guesswork
Execution that protects and extends the life of every surface

Our technicians are Soft Wash Certified and trained to match the cleaning method to the material, because vinyl, fiber cement, brick, stucco, concrete, and roofing each need different pressure and different chemistry.

We back our work in writing: a 5-Year Streak-Free Guarantee on roof washing and a 1-Year Algae-Free Guarantee on house washing.

When you work with Eco Blast, you’re not hiring someone with a pressure washer. You’re partnering with a licensed, insured company built for dependability and committed to serving the Upstate for years to come.

Ian arrived on time, was very professional, and paid great attention to detail. He did an excellent job, and our home looks fantastic. We truly appreciate the team working so hard in the heat to take such great care of our home.

If you’re looking for a pressure washing company, I highly recommend Josh and his team. They are responsive, reasonably priced, professional, and deliver outstanding results. Thank you again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing results! Roof was soft washed and looks great. It puts the spit shine the house needed and everything smells very clean afterwards. You’ve earned a repeat customer!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired this company for pressure washing my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The team took the time to ensure every area was thoroughly cleaned, and my house looks fresh and almost brand new again. Their pricing was fair, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joshua responded to us very quickly with our request for a quote to pressure wash our driveway and sidewalk. He promptly met me at home, and we had a very fair price and quote by that evening. We set up a date on their schedule, and yesterday we came home to a beautiful clean property that hasn't looked this good since we moved in 30 years ago. We are having them back to wash our decks and furniture for Spring. Thank you, Joshua!!
